We work with some of the best safety trainers in the construction industry. All our trainers are highly qualified and hold their own individual accreditations. Construction Compliance & Training LLC is proud to be recognized as a WBE (Women Owned Business). The company was founded by Eileen and Patrick Mills in 2018. Their daughter Emma, who recently graduated from Delaware University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree, also works at the company. We are committed to making every construction site in NYC safe by offering accessible, affordable and the most up to date training services to workers. Both Paddy and Eileen have decades of experience in both safety and education and they will ensure that their students leave our school feeling confident in their knowledge and understanding of safe workplace practices..
